I cant redeem my point. I try other gift card rather than LOL gift card but doesnt work.
How to fix this. I can still collect point but cant redeem

However, if you are experiencing the same issue with all available gift cards in your Rewards account, make sure that you are not using a VPN. Then, try redeeming the reward in a different browser using a private browsing window or connect to a different network.

Try these checks in order:

Verify redemption requirements
- Redeem points only in the same country/region as the Microsoft account.
- Do not use a VPN or proxy.
- Use a mobile phone number or landline for verification, not a VoIP number.
If phone verification failed before
- Make sure the code entered matches the code sent.
- If there were too many failed verification attempts, wait 48 hours before trying again.
- One phone number can only be associated with a limited number of Microsoft Rewards accounts, with a maximum of 6 accounts per household.
Try QR code verification instead of SMS
- Go to rewards.microsoft.com in a web browser.
- Choose the reward.
- When prompted, select Verify with the Bing app.
- Scan the QR code with the Bing app, enter the 6-digit code, and complete redemption.
- This option does not appear in the Bing app itself and does not appear for Auto-redeem rewards.
If QR verification or the redeem page still fails
- Update the browser and operating system.
- Clear browser cache and cookies.
- Try a different browser, device, or network.
- Temporarily turn off VPNs, proxies, or third-party security software.
Check whether the reward may be unavailable
- Some gift cards are not always available. If one reward does not work, check the Redeem page again later to see what is currently available.
Check order status

- If a code was already issued, open Order Details to get the redemption code or use Resend for the confirmation email.
