Security information update still pending

I lost my 2FA authenticator from the phone and submitted a security information update 30 days ago, and today marks the end of that security period. But when I try to login I encounter the same message that has been displayed for the past 30+... I have already tried with different browsers, different machines, nothing works. Any ideas on how to recover my account and finally be able to regain access to my Windows PC? Support hasn't been helpful at all. Just stalling and not providing any useful information to be honest. Thanks in advance.
