    Welcome ЌẬΪŦǾǾ ḾẬĢΪČΪẬ₦ ŁẬΪĢĤŦ ḾǾǾ₦ ,

Thank you for providing those details. Since you've already checked your Junk Email folder, blocked senders, rules, and trusted sender settings, I'd like to narrow this down a bit before suggesting more advanced steps.

    Could you please confirm:

    • Is the affected email address an Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, or MSN.com account?
    • Are you able to receive emails from other senders normally, or are emails from Meta/Instagram only missing?
    • When you request the Instagram recovery email, does Instagram indicate that the email was successfully sent?

In the meantime, please try these quick checks:

    1. Sign in to Outlook.com and use the search box to search for:
      • from:instagram.com
      • from:mail.instagram.com
      • from:facebookmail.com
    2. Check the Deleted Items folder and the Archive folder in case the message was moved automatically.
    3. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email and verify that neither instagram.com nor facebookmail.com appears in the blocked senders list.

If you have another email address available, try sending the Instagram recovery email there. This helps determine whether the issue is specific to the Outlook.com mailbox or to the Instagram account recovery process.

    Looking forward to your update.
