Single file (maybe JSON) based Settings, Configuration and Permissions update for Windows

There can be a single file based settings and configurations update on a newly installed Windows (11, 12 or 365). Settings and Group Policy, both, maybe even Registry. A JSON file.

Just load the file, and whole OS gets instantaneously configured, with just a reboot required. Also, feature to export current config.

This saves users and admins a lot of time manually configuring settings on new installs. I hope this reaches to someone in Microsoft who can decide about it.
