Hi Kim Spary,
I understand how disruptive this can be, especially when you were in the middle of working on a complex budget model and Copilot has continued to show the limit message for three days.
Usage limits can vary depending on the Copilot feature, subscription, account, and service availability. However, since the daily limit has not reset and the message appears immediately, please try signing out of Copilot and all Microsoft 365 apps, closing the browser or app completely, and then signing back in with the account associated with your subscription. You can also test Copilot in another browser or an InPrivate window to see whether the same message appears.
Could you also confirm where you are using Copilot, such as Excel, the Copilot website, or the Copilot app, and whether this is a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account?
If the same issue continues across different browsers or devices, please contact Microsoft Support and describe the issue.
This is a user-to-user forum, so contributors here cannot access or refresh account-specific usage limits from the backend. Microsoft Support will be better placed to review the account and subscription details. Thank you so much for your understanding.
