Windows activation error after swapping hardware

Swapped out hardware because old parts fried now windows isn't activating even though the license should be digitally connected to the account. Honestly surprised there isn't a verification option especially since 2FA is being commonly used.

Have you used the Activation Troubleshooter and selected I changed hardware. You should see the previous system build in the list to select an transfer the licence to the new hardware.

Was the Store licence from the windows Store, Microsoft website or a physical Store. And was it a full licence or a Home to Pro upgrade?

How did you obtain your license initially?

Did it come with the device preinstalled, or did you purchase it?

If you purchased it, did you purchase from Microsoft, or from third party?

Is it originally a Win7/8 key?

Just to make sure, is motherboard changed?

Purchased from the Microsoft store and it was a Windows 10 license during the time they were offering early Windows 11 upgrades for Windows 10 users.

Motherboard, GPU, PSU, RAM and CPU were changed except the NVMEs.
