A Microsoft service that provides website owners with tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize their site's performance in Bing search results.
This requires Bing Webmaster Support rather than a public forum review path.
Based on the available guidance:
- In Bing Webmaster Tools, raise a support request for the affected site.
- Use Raise support request.
- Fill in:
- Website you need help with: the affected site URL
- What type of problem do you have?: the closest indexing/search visibility issue
- Describe your issue with the website you have selected above: include that URL Inspection reports Indexed successfully / URL can appear on Bing, brand-name queries for zekehub return no site result, clicks dropped from about 2,500/day to zero since 9 Sep 2026, and prior tickets were closed with the template stating the site did not meet Bing standards.
- Select Next to start chat.
- If chat does not resolve it, select Yes under Issue still not resolved?
- Complete the CAPTCHA and choose Create support ticket.
Useful details to include in the case:
- The exact date the serving/ranking loss started.
- That the site is verified in Bing Webmaster Tools.
- That URL Inspection says the pages can appear on Bing.
- The changes already made: Bingbot noindex on templated pages, removal of inaccurate Offer structured data, added original content, noindex on the executor list page, fixed the Recommendations issue, and API subdomain noindex.
- That Site Explorer shows only two old 404s under guideline issues.
- The existing request number REQ00299150 and the follow-up case numbers.
If the request form shows “We could not process your request, please try after sometime.”, the guidance says the ticket is often still submitted successfully, so check for the confirmation message.
If no actionable explanation is provided through support, submit product feedback from Bing as an additional channel. For search-result concerns, Bing also provides a report a concern path, but that does not necessarily result in removal or ranking changes.
