ACR Tasks blocked with TasksOperationsNotAllowed

Hi Team,

I am working on a Notification Agent POC.

Subscription:

Azure subscription 1

Subscription ID:

003b4c66-bd1d-4a3a-9805-e4c0715d0bde

Registry:

poojanotificationacr29

The following commands fail:

az acr build --registry poojanotificationacr29 --image notification-agent:v1 .

az acr task create --registry poojanotificationacr29 --name testtask --context . --file Dockerfile --image test:v1 --commit-trigger-enabled false

Error:

TasksOperationsNotAllowed

Verified:

• Registry created successfully
• Public network access enabled
• Microsoft.ContainerRegistry provider registered
• Subscription state is Enabled
• User has Owner role

Could you please verify whether ACR Tasks are disabled by subscription or tenant policy and enable them if allowed?
