How to unblock outgoing emails in Outlook

Microsoft Outlook has blocked my outgoing emails with a message stating 'too many messages'.

I have sent a number of emails this morning and I would like the outgoing messages to be unblocked.

    Due to a lot of spam abuse, Microsoft has placed certain restrictions and imposed a daily limit on emails, especially if the email was recently created.
