My co- pilot account was suspended for a violation of policy. I don't know which policy I violated.

    Hello Erling Pacheco,

I understand how confusing this may be, especially when the suspension message does not clearly explain which policy was violated. Account suspensions can result from severe or repeated policy violations, but only the review team can confirm what happened with your account. See official article: Account suspension.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

    1. Check the inbox and junk/spam folder of the email address linked to your Microsoft account. Look for a suspension notice containing the reason, affected policy, and appeal instructions.
    2. If you believe the suspension was made in error, submit an appeal through the Microsoft Digital Safety appeal page. Include the account email address, the exact suspension message, when it appeared, and a brief explanation of why you believe the decision should be reviewed.

You can also review the Microsoft Digital Safety policies to understand the types of content and conduct covered by the rules.

Since this is a user-to-user forum, unfortunately, we cannot access the account’s enforcement records or remove the suspension from our side. Please follow the appeal route provided in the notice, as this allows the appropriate team to review the decision.

Hope this could help. Thank you so much for your patience!
