    Good afternoon. To provide a more accurate answer, please let me know your computer's make and model and share a screenshot of the specifications (press Win+R, type msinfo32, and press Enter). In the meantime:

    1. Right-click the speaker icon on the Taskbar.

    2. Click "Troubleshoot sound problems" and follow the on-screen instructions.
