    Please run:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

After it completes, attach the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log in your next reply.

If the CBS.log file is too big, share it on OneDrive or GoFile.io, and post the link here.

If DISM appears stuck around 60% or shows no percentage for a long time, the supported next step is:

    1. Close the terminal window.
    2. Restart the PC, not shut down.
    3. Open Command Prompt as administrator:
      • Open Start
      • Type Command Prompt
      • Right-click Command Prompt
      • Select Run as administrator
    4. Run:
         DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    5. Let it finish. This command can take several minutes to start and complete.

After DISM completes successfully and shows "The operation completed successfully", run:

    sfc /scannow

    Important:

    • Do not close the Command Prompt window while sfc /scannow is running until verification reaches 100%.
    • DISM works best when the PC can connect to Windows Update, because it can fetch missing or corrupted files from Microsoft Update servers.

If DISM still will not complete after the restart, on Windows 11 the next supported step is:

    • Open Settings → System → Recovery
    • Select Reinstall now in Fix problems with Windows Updates
