Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hello @Leonard Sperling, M.D
If emails from a specific sender are being filtered incorrectly, you can add that sender to your Safe Senders List in Outlook Classic. To do this:
- On the Home tab, click the three dots (...) at the end of the ribbon.
- Select Junk E-mail Options from the menu.
- In the pop-up window, go to the Safe Senders tab.
- Click Add, enter the sender's email address or domain, and then click OK.
- Click Apply and Save to keep the changes.
Once added, emails from the specified sender should be delivered to your Inbox instead of being treated as junk email.
