Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Hi Omer,
Good day. The name shown in the screenshot is most likely coming from Outlook's suggested recipient/contact information, not directly from the name in your Microsoft account profile.
Outlook can build these suggestions from saved contacts and from people you've previously emailed.
You can check the saved contact and edit this.
- Open People in Outlook.
- Search for your own email address.
- If you find a contact with the incorrect name, open it and select Edit contact.
- Change the name to the one you want and save it.
- Start a new email and type your email address again.
If there isn't a saved contact, the old name may be coming from Outlook's suggested recipients/AutoComplete list. In that case, remove the incorrect suggestion and then enter your full email address manually.
Regards,
Jhun
