Mendeley add-in shows error

I just reinstall my mendeley, both the app and add-in, but everytime I click the add-in it says "ADD-IN ERROR: A problem occurred while trying to reach this add-in" anyone why?

    Mendeley is not a Microsoft product. Here is the Mendeley Support page, where you may be able to find an answer to your question.
