Chats stuck loading after September update

Two of my existing copilot chats became inaccessible after the September 2026 update. one has been inaccessible for 25 days, from September 9th to October 4th. A second conversation was working after the update but after I added only 3-4 messages, it also became inaccessible, both are still in my history, but I cannot open them. this happens across my computer and phone.
