That check usually fails when setup can't reach Microsoft's verification servers. The simplest fix is to finish setup with a local account: on the sign-in screen, choose 'Offline account' (or 'Skip for now'). Once you're on the desktop, connect to the internet and sign in from Settings > Accounts.
Reinstalled windows 10 ,can't get past are you a robot sreen
I was having issues with windows 10 on laptop and restored pc .Fresh factory install here, no browsers etc..The robot wanted to know if i wasn't a robot and it just will not let me past tried for 2 days now. "HELP"

Could you please check whether the same problem occurs when you use a different Microsoft account?
If you are signing in with the same account after a factory reset, Windows may use Microsoft Edge-based functionality to complete the sign-in process. Cached files from a previous sign-in may be preventing you from signing in with that account again.
Please try signing in with another account, or create a new account during setup to see whether you can complete the process.
After setup is complete, you can remove the temporary account and add your preferred Microsoft account to the device.
