    Restart your PC. If the problem remains, run an Online Repair of Office. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/lifecycle/repair-an-office-application .

    Before you begin, verify that you can access your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services and that Office is associated with it. The purpose is to make sure that you can reinstall Office, which is usually the final step after an Online Repair.
