    Hi @TM CONTRACTING CO

I’m sorry to hear that your organisation’s email has not been working for the past few days, especially as this is affecting communication with your clients.

Please note that this is a public user-to-user community, and I’m only a fellow community user. I don’t have access to your Microsoft 365 tenant, domain configuration, mailboxes, or service-health information, so I cannot directly rectify the issue from here.

Assuming that you are the Microsoft 365 administrator, please first check the licensing status in the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre:

    1. Open Billing > Your products and confirm that the Microsoft 365 subscription providing your email service is still active and has not expired, been suspended or encountered a billing issue.
    2. Open Users > Active users, select an affected user, and review Licences and apps.
    3. Confirm that the user still has an appropriate Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online licence assigned and that the Exchange Online service is enabled within that licence. Microsoft documents that users in a Microsoft 365 organisation may have all, some or none of the available licences assigned to their accounts, and administrators can view the licence details of individual users.
    4. If all users are affected, check more than one mailbox and confirm that sufficient licences remain available in the tenant.

    Could you please confirm:

    • Are users unable to send email, receive email, or both?
    • Does the issue affect all users under your domain or only certain mailboxes?
    • Can affected users sign in and send or receive messages through Outlook on the web?
    • Do senders receive a non-delivery report or error message? If so, please share the exact error code after removing personal information.
    • Has the administrator run a message trace for one affected message?

Testing Outlook on the web can help determine whether the problem is limited to the Outlook application. Microsoft also provides administrative tools for investigating email-delivery and mail-flow problems.

Please share the results of the licence check, whether Outlook on the web works, and the exact error or non-delivery report displayed. Please remove email addresses, phone numbers, tenant details and other personal information before posting screenshots.
