trying to download the Alexa app on my laptop

Question

When I type alexa app in ms store it gives me other places to go to get the app. All the ones I see are for the mobile app.

If Alexa does not appear in Microsoft Store search on the laptop, these are the supported reasons to check:

Reset the Microsoft Store cache.
- Press Windows key + R
- Type wsreset.exe
- Select OK
- Wait for the blank Command Prompt window to close and for Microsoft Store to reopen automatically
- Search for Alexa again
Restart the PC if Windows was recently updated.
- Microsoft Store app installs can be blocked until the device is restarted after updates.
Check whether the app is available for the current country or region.
- Some apps are not offered in every region.
Check whether family settings are hiding apps.
- If family restrictions are enabled, some apps may not appear.
Check device compatibility.
- Microsoft Store can hide apps that are not compatible with the device.
Make sure the PC is signed in and authorized for Microsoft Store apps.
- Sign in to Microsoft Store with the Microsoft account used for downloads.
