    In classic Outlook for Windows:

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Select File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
    3. Select the ******@mail.valenciacollege.edu account.
    4. Select Remove.
    5. Select Yes to confirm.

    Important:

    • Removing the account from Outlook does not deactivate the email account itself.
    • Outlook will warn that offline cached content for that account will be deleted from the computer.
    • If this is the last or only account in classic Outlook, Outlook may require creating a new data location before the account can be removed.

If the old school mailbox still appears after removing the account, the Outlook profile may also need to be removed:

    1. In Outlook, select File > Account Settings > Manage Profiles.
    2. Select Show Profiles.
    3. Select the old profile, then select Remove.

Deleting a profile removes the email accounts stored in that profile. Any .pst files remain on the computer, but they must be opened from another profile to access them.
