I want to upgrade from Windows pro version 22H2 to 26H2 i can not find a way of doing this. Is it possible to do this?

Yes, it's definitely possible. You can try direct manual upgrade using Windows 11 26H2 ISO file.
Follow these steps:
Download Windows 11 26H2 ISO from the official Microsoft website.
Double click on it to mount it to a DVD drive.
