    Hi, @Mohammed Moqbel

Since the Copilot chat pane is turning white in both Word and PowerPoint, first make sure Microsoft 365 is fully updated. Open Word, go to "File > Account > Update Options > Update Now", then restart the computer.

Also check "File > Account > Account Privacy > Manage Settings" and make sure "Experiences that analyze your content" and "All connected experiences" are enabled.

Microsoft also provides a Copilot connectivity troubleshooter through the Windows "Get Help" app. Search for "Copilot connectivity troubleshooter" and run it to check whether a firewall, network setting, or another connection issue is blocking Copilot.

If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Does the Copilot pane stay completely white, or does it eventually show an error or loading message?
    2. Does Copilot work if you sign in at the Copilot website in a browser?
    3. Press Windows + R, type winver and tell me the Windows version and OS build shown. Also, in Word under "File > Account > About Word", what Microsoft 365 version/build is installed?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
