I am the organizer of the family group, and I am not seeing the option to remove myself at all. I am still getting parental blocks, but I am the only one listed in the group as the organizer; how can I remove this feature or just delete the family safety portion of Microsoft and keep using all other subscriptions?

    Hi,
This might be due to an incorrect date of Birth set on your account. At https://account.microsoft.com/profile page, can you tell me if you can see the same?

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

Thank you. Next question - are you running a standard account?

    1. On your computer keyboard, press and hold the Windows key icon for WindowsLogo followed by the R key to open the Run dialog box.
    2. Enter cmd, then select OK
    3. Copy or type the following into the command prompt box, followed by return or enter. schtasks /run /tn "Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyRefreshTask"
    4. Restart your computer.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Wishing you good luck!
