look ive been earning points since more than a year now and ive claimed like 2-3 times already and like a month ago my microsoft rewards points seem to have disappeared and its not like i redeemed or anything. i had around 13,000 points saved for the roblox gift card but when i opened my microsoft rewards it was showing only 60 points.. and all my points had disappeared from there. i tried to login back and thought maybe its a bug but its been a month since they are gone and im writing this feedback to you so that i could know the reason how they disappeared and maybe try to bring them back as well.

    Hi,

Make sure that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft Rewards account.

If you are, please check your Microsoft Rewards order history and points breakdown to see if there are any redemptions or adjustments that could explain the change:

    https://rewards.microsoft.com/

If there is no activity that explains the missing points, Microsoft Rewards Support would need to review your account and determine whether the points can be restored. As a fellow user, I don't have access to your Rewards account or its transaction history.

You can contact Microsoft Rewards Support here: https://rewards.bing.com/support

The Microsoft Rewards Support team has the tools and resources needed to investigate this issue. Their response time is usually within 24 hours, but it may take longer depending on the volume of requests they receive.

If Microsoft Rewards points dropped from about 13,000 to 60 and stayed that way for a month, the supported next checks are:

    1. Check Order History to confirm the points were not redeemed.
      • Go to your Order History and review recent orders.
      • Open Order Details for any recent reward to see the redemption code or link.
    2. Verify the correct Microsoft account is being used.
      • A different balance can appear if signed in to a different account.
      • Rewards issues can also happen when browser data is not syncing with the Rewards database data.
    3. Check whether Give Mode is on.
      • Give Mode can cause the dashboard balance to appear different.
    4. Review whether the account may have hit a policy issue.
      • Rewards can be affected by using a VPN, trying to earn or redeem in multiple regions, using automated methods, or redeeming outside the country where points were earned.
      • Repeated violations can lead to account suspension or invalidated points.
    5. Since this has lasted a month, contact Microsoft Rewards Support.
      • The support guidance says to use the Rewards support form when points are missing or the issue is not resolved.
      • Include the previous balance, current balance, and recent activity when submitting the case.

Supported reasons mentioned for missing or changed balances include:

    • signed in to a different account
    • browser data not syncing with Rewards data
    • Give Mode being on
    • policy-related issues such as VPN use, automated searches, or cross-region earning/redeeming
