Azure for Students verification already used this year but no subscription created

I am a full-time student at Sun Yat-sen University (中山大学), China. My

academic email has been locked by the academic verification system, but no

Azure for Students subscription was ever created on my Microsoft account.

=== WHAT I HAVE ALREADY CHECKED (all empty) ===

1. Education blade (portal.azure.com > Education > Overview): no subscription listed, no "Activate offer" button
2. Subscriptions list: no Azure for Students subscription
3. Microsoft Azure Sponsorships portal: no credit record
4. Switched directories in the Azure portal: nothing in any directory

=== ROOT CAUSE CONTEXT ===

My institution's email domain is NOT registered in the automated academic

domain check. The form returned:

"Your email domain is not currently registered with us. You can choose

another verification method or supply documentation as evidence of your

academic status."

So my attempts could never complete through the email verification path.

The "already used for verification this year" lock therefore appears to

have been recorded by a FAILED attempt, not by a successful activation.

I also ran the Azure portal Help + Support guided troubleshooter

(Subscription management > Benefits - Offers > Entitlement check). Its own

conclusion was: "the activation flow was interrupted at the verification

stage" and "no subscription was created in the current environment."

Please reset / clear the academic verification status for my academic email

so I can complete verification, or advise the correct manual verification

route for my institution.
