AMA agent update new proxy setting but still traffic going to old proxy.

Our department recently updated the proxy settings. I also updated the proxy settings on the AMA agent, but I still see traffic going to the old proxy.

I checked the system OS settings, and they are pointing to the new proxy.

Are there any Azure extensions or services that may use their own proxy settings and therefore still send traffic through the old proxy?
