KCOM webmail is fine except several times lately the bottom section keeps disappearing so for example if i want to delete several emails there is no choice at the bottom of the page to enable me to say delete all and I cannot scroll to the bottom of all the emails.Tried Zoom etc but not worked

    Hi John Curtis,

I understand how inconvenient this is, especially when the missing section prevents you from selecting and deleting multiple messages.

Since changing the zoom level did not help, please first press Ctrl + 0 to reset the page zoom to its default setting, then reload the webmail page. You can also try opening KCOM webmail in an InPrivate window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + N. If the full page appears there, cached website data or an extension may be affecting how the page is displayed.

Please also check for Edge updates under Settings and more (...) > Settings > About Microsoft Edge. If necessary, temporarily disable your extensions and test the page again. Microsoft provides additional Edge troubleshooting guidance here: What to do if Microsoft Edge isn’t working.

Could you confirm whether the same issue occurs in another browser, and whether it affects every folder in KCOM webmail or only folders containing a large number of emails? If the bottom section is also missing in other browsers, the issue is more likely related to the KCOM webmail page, and KCOM support would be best placed to investigate it.

I hope this helps you narrow down the cause. Thank you so much for your understanding.
