My dell vostro 3578 laptop keep running to BSOD 0x9f randomly. The fisrt sign of the crash is all the keys are stop working even the power button stop. Then the BSOD appear with stopcode 0x97 after that screen turn off but the lap did not restart and power button still not working. I have to unplug my AC adaptor and only then I was able to turn on the lap with power button. Hi,

Regarding the laptop, the minidump indicates a PCI.sys failure, which could be due to a faulty internal component.

It could also be caused by overheating; please check around the laptop to ensure the air vents aren't obstructed.

If you have any other minidump files, please upload them if possible.

Did you perform a BIOS update?

    Thanks.
