I had issues with a broken CPU, during troubleshooting replaced motherboard, then CPU, then went back to original motherboard. Now for months stuck with Activate Windows watermark destroying my OLED. None of the suggested fixes works in the troubleshooting guide and somehow not able to reach an actual customer support to fix the problem. I am expected to buy another copy of windows just because my CPU died?

Did it come with the device preinstalled, or did you purchase it?
If you purchased it, did you purchase from Microsoft, or from third party?
Is it originally a Win7/8 key?
