Azure for Students verification completed but activation fails

Hello,

I am unable to activate Azure for Students.

I successfully completed academic verification using my university email address.

I received the verification email and clicked the verification link successfully.

However, when I return to Azure for Students, I receive the following error:

"Unable to complete Azure for Students verification."

My Azure for Students subscription has not been created.

I am also concerned that there may be a name mismatch between my university record and my Microsoft account.

Could you please check my academic verification status and Azure for Students activation status?

If the verification state is stuck or incomplete, please reset or manually review it so that I can complete the activation.
