    Hi @Dbarnesabel Barnes ,

    there are various reasons for a disabled Azure subscriptions:

    • Expired credit card
    • Spending limit reached
    • Bill is past due
    • Bill exceeds credit card limit
    • Subscription was canceled by user

    Please take a look here for further details: Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription

    To activate the Azure subscription please navigate in the Azure portal to Subscriptions, select the disabled subscription and select "Reactivate".
