    Where exactly is the Windows Update getting stuck?

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Does it show "Pending install," "Installing," or is it stuck at a certain percentage?
    2. Are you getting any error message or error code?
    3. Press Windows key + R, type winver and press Enter. What Windows 11 version and OS build does it show?

    1. Press Win + R, type or paste the command msinfo32, and press Enter; then take and paste a screenshot showing your device specifications.
