Microsoft's poor support AI is worse than Copilot ... but support request is stuck.
My problem is the Foundry agents broke overnight AEST, unusable.
Agents page doesn't even load.
Models and portal still work.
Connected Resources all show "No key available", and cannot be edited, even for EntraID connected resources.
Web browser tools indicate the REST requests, while loading the Agents page, are failing with things like upstream_dependency_failed, WorkspaceNotFound, etc.
A past case of this was the secure (manually attached) CosmosDB/AISearch/etc resources had their keys disappear. But this time I can see all the keys saying "No key available", even for EntraID connection that CosmosDB uses. And I cannot make any adjustments to the keys, it just says failed to update.
Can anyone assist?

I cannot comment there because I don't have a business mobile to verify my discord identity.
