I can not locate OCR Option under data snipping tool and my version is under MS 365 MSO( Version 2609 Build 16.0.20430.20032) 64 Bit

Hello Ponnamanda Trinadh, note that two different text-extraction features may be getting mixed up here.
If you want to turn a screenshot of a table into editable Excel data, take the screenshot with Win + Shift + S, then in Excel go to Data > From Picture > Picture From Clipboard.
If you mean the Text Extractor button shown in the other reply, that is in the Snipping Tool capture toolbar, not Excel’s Data tab. Open the toolbar with Win + Shift + S. The Win + Shift + T shortcut mentioned there is for PowerToys Text Extractor.
Could you clarify which option is missing on your screen: From Picture in Excel, or Text Extractor in Snipping Tool? If it’s the Snipping Tool button, please also share your Windows version and Snipping Tool app version. The Office build you provided doesn’t tell us which Snipping Tool version is installed.
