I already tried every way from what discord support and another person who has the same problem with me said

  • Check junk email for ******@discord.com
  • remove ******@discord.com from "Blocked senders and domain"
  • add ******@discord.com , ******@discord.com , ******@discord.com on "Safe senders and domain" and "Safe mailing lists"
  • Tried resending for more than 30 times with google , google with another account , Microsoft edge , Opera GX for roughly 10 hours now

And still no receiving from Discord support emails

    Hello Tinn Plangpongpan,

You’ve already checked Junk and the sender settings, so I wouldn’t repeat those steps.

Could you send a fresh test email to your Outlook.com address from a different account? If that also fails to arrive, we should look at the mailbox more broadly. If it arrives and only Discord’s messages are missing, please check for any unfamiliar rules or forwarding left after the compromise, then ask Discord Support whether its message was sent successfully or bounced.

Since junk, blocked senders, and safe senders were already checked, the remaining Outlook.com checks are:

    1. In Outlook.com, check Settings > Mail > Rules.
      • Remove any rule that mentions Discord, support, ticket, or moves/deletes messages.
      • Also look for rules that stop processing more rules.
    2. Check Settings > Mail > Forwarding.
      • Make sure forwarding is off, or that a copy is kept if forwarding is enabled.
    3. Check for Sweep settings.
      • Remove any Sweep action that could automatically move or delete Discord messages.
    4. Search all folders, not just Inbox.
      • Check Deleted Items, Archive, Junk Email, and the Other tab if Focused Inbox is enabled.
      • Outlook.com can place messages in Other or Junk Email instead of Inbox.
    5. Sort mail by date.
      • In the message list, select Filter > Sort > Date to make sure messages are not appearing out of order.
    6. Check whether the mailbox can still receive mail normally.
      • If other senders also fail, review general Outlook.com receive settings and folders.
    7. If only Discord mail is missing after all Outlook.com checks, ask Discord to confirm whether their messages were actually sent successfully, bounced, or suppressed on their side.
      • Outlook.com guidance for a missing specific email is to contact the sender.
    8. If the account was hacked, also verify no unfamiliar mail settings remain.
      • Check rules, forwarding, and related mail settings from a desktop browser.

If blocked senders are not working as expected in general, Outlook.com notes that some senders may be changing addresses or hiding the real sender address. In that case, view the internet message headers on any related message and block the real address, or create an inbox rule that matches common words and moves those messages.
