If the domain paez.co.uk is still associated with an existing Microsoft 365 tenant, the domain may need to be removed from that tenant before it can be added to the new Microsoft 365 setup with GoDaddy.
To better understand the situation, could you please confirm:
Do you still have access to the existing Microsoft 365 tenant/admin account?
Are you trying to move the existing Microsoft 365 email service to GoDaddy, or only move the domain and set up new email?
Do you receive any specific error when trying to add paez.co.uk to the new Microsoft 365/GoDaddy setup?
If you no longer have access to the existing tenant and the domain remains associated with it, Microsoft Support may need to assist with the tenant/domain recovery process.
