micorsoft rewards issue

my microsoft rewards daily set, streak, and stamp progress suddenly stopped appearing on my account.My points balance is still correct and identical on my phone and laptop. i am using the account in bangladesh and have not chnaged my rewards region.

Where are you viewing your Rewards progress? Is it on the Microsoft Rewards website, in the Bing app, or somewhere else?

Can you share a screenshot of the page where the daily set, streak, and stamp progress are missing? Please hide your email address and any other personal information before posting.

Here, beside/under/above the roblox gift card progress, there should be a daily set and 12 stamp progress. I am using the microsoft rewards app to achieve my points. Beside the "Points breakdown progress in the screenshot, there should be my streak, but it is missing and not displaying on my laptop.

Thank you for both screenshots. I can see "Today's points" and your Roblox goal, but no streak or stamp tracker in those sections.

Please open Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + N to open an "InPrivate" window, then visit https://rewards.bing.com and sign in with the same account.

Do the daily set, streak, and 12-stamp progress appear there?

Are these sections still visible on your phone, or are they missing there too?

This will help narrow down whether the issue is limited to the app on your laptop.

Ok so i did what u said, and i went to inprivate in microsoft edge, then i searched microsoft rewards there and as you can see, the stamp progress, daily streak, and daily set are not displaying. On my phone, i checked the bing app with the same account signed in, and i could see my streak, daily sets, etc. However, when i logged into the bing app on my phone and went to microsoft rewards, my daily streak was not increasing (from 58 to 59).

This has happened to me too.

If you don’t recall missing your streak today or yesterday, don't worry, you can actually ask the Microsoft Rewards team to help you restore your streak and report the problem.

I really hope they can restore your lost streak soon. In the meantime, please continue using Rewards and completing your tasks as best as you can.

Thank you so much. Due to your help, the issue is solved. The streak, stamp progress, daily set are all back in my laptop. I feel relieved. My streak is also increasing now! Thank you very much for your assistance and replies.

I'm a Rewards user as well. Normally it can take up to 24 - 48 hours depending on the volume of users claiming the particular gift card. Please continue to monitor the progress from time to time here: https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/orderhistory as emails can be delayed as well.
