    Hello Khalif Rohaizat,

Could you share the exact warning Edge shows when you try to download AOXVPN, or a screenshot of it? Please also let us know which website you’re downloading it from.

Different warnings can mean different things, so I wouldn’t suggest choosing “Keep anyway” or turning off protection until we know what Edge is flagging.

If Microsoft Edge says the download must be trusted, the file is being blocked by SmartScreen or another security check.

    Try this in order:

    1. In Edge, find the blocked download in the downloads panel.
    2. Select More actions (...) next to the download.
    3. If the source is trusted, select Keep > Show more > Keep anyway.

    If that does not work:

    1. Go to edge://settings/privacy.
    2. Under Security, check whether Microsoft Defender SmartScreen is turned on.
    3. For testing only, temporarily turn it off and retry the download.
    4. Turn SmartScreen back on after testing.

Caution: Turning off SmartScreen reduces protection against malicious downloads.

Also check whether antivirus is blocking it:

    1. Open Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Protection history.
    2. Look for a recent blocked item related to the download.
    3. If third-party antivirus is installed, check its quarantine or activity log.
    4. For testing only, temporarily turn off real-time protection and retry the download.
    5. If the download succeeds, add an exception for the download URL or domain, download folder path, or file type.
    6. Turn protection back on after testing.

If the app is blocked by policy:

    1. Go to edge://policy.
    2. Check DownloadRestrictions.
    3. If it is set to 3, downloads are blocked and the IT administrator must change the policy.

If only this file type is blocked:

    1. Note the file extension, such as .exe or .zip.
    2. Try downloading a different file type from the same site.
    3. Some high-risk file types such as .exe, .bat, .cmd, and .ps1 trigger extra warnings by design.
