If the Bluetooth drivers are failing to install, where are you downloading the drivers from?

    2

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

    Expand the 'Bluetooth' section.

Please provide a screenshot of that full Device Manager window.

    3

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

For Windows 10, try these steps in order:

    1. Update the driver from Device Manager:
      • Select Start, type Device Manager, and open it.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter.
      • Select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
      • Follow the prompts.
      • Restart the PC.
    2. Check Windows Update:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
      • Select Check for updates.
      • Install any available updates, then restart.
    3. If Windows says the best driver is already installed or the download fails, install the latest driver from the PC manufacturer:
      • Go to the PC manufacturer’s support website.
      • Search by the device model number.
      • Download and install the latest Bluetooth driver for Windows 10.
      • Restart the PC after installation.
    4. If the problem started after a recent driver or Windows update, roll back the driver:
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter > Properties.
      • Open the Driver tab.
      • Select Roll Back Driver if available.
    5. If updating still fails, reinstall the Bluetooth driver:
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device.
      • Restart the PC.
      • Windows will automatically reinstall the Bluetooth driver after restart.
    6. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter:
      • Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
      • Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth.
      • Select Run the troubleshooter and follow the instructions.

If Bluetooth disappeared completely, also make sure Airplane mode is turned off.
