I need to add my email signature in PDF form. It includes icons with links that won't work in an image. Plus I need to be able to update when needed without having to create a completely new image.

    Hi

Outlook.com doesn’t support using a PDF directly as an email signature. A formatted signature with editable text and individually linked icons would suit what you need.

    Try creating it in Word:

type your details, insert each icon separately, then right-click each icon and choose Link to add its website address. Copy the completed signature into Outlook.com under Settings > Accounts > Signatures > Add signature, then save. Send yourself a test email to check the formatting and links.

You can update the saved signature whenever needed without

For Outlook, the supported approach is to create an HTML email signature, not a PDF signature.

A PDF is relevant for document signing workflows, but not for an Outlook email signature. If the signature needs clickable icons/links and easy updates, use Outlook’s signature editor and add:

    1. Text and formatting for the signature body.
    2. Pictures or logos in the signature.
    3. Hyperlinks on website text or social icons.

    In new Outlook for Windows:

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Select Accounts > Signatures.
    3. Choose the account.
    4. Select Add signature.
    5. Enter and format the signature.
    6. Choose whether to apply it to new messages and replies/forwards.
    7. Select Save.

To make icons or website text clickable:

    1. In the signature, right-click the social icon or highlighted text.
    2. Select Edit Link or Edit Hyperlink.
    3. Update the Address box.
    4. Select OK.

To update the logo or image later without rebuilding the whole signature:

    1. Right-click the photo in the signature.
    2. Select Change Picture.
    3. Choose the replacement image.
    4. Select Insert.

If the goal is to send a PDF for signature, Microsoft 365 eSignature supports creating a signature request from an unencrypted PDF stored in SharePoint, with recipients, signature fields, initials, and date fields.
