    Hello Rajapuri Shivani Singh,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A platform.

Could you please help clarify a few things so we can narrow down the issue?

    • Is the problem that Azure Policy isn’t detecting the resources as non-compliant, or that the alert isn’t being generated?
    • Is the alert set up through Azure Monitor or Microsoft Sentinel?
    • If you’re using Microsoft Sentinel, is the analytics rule enabled, and does the KQL query return the expected results when run manually?
    • What effect is configured for the Azure Policy — for example, Audit, Modify, Deny, or DeployIfNotExists?
    • If you’re using Azure Monitor, does the alert fail to trigger altogether, or does it trigger successfully but the notification isn’t received?

    Regards,
    Mohammad Saif
