MSN article comments are controlled by MSN’s moderation systems, not by Windows settings or Microsoft Q&A. If comments are being rejected even when they are short and benign, the most common cause is an automated moderation flag or an MSN-side restriction on the commenting feature for that account.
There is no way from Windows or Microsoft Learn Q&A to see or remove that restriction.
What to do:
- Open an MSN page that has comments enabled.
- Select Feedback at the bottom right of the page.
- Describe that comments are blocked on all articles, even for short and benign text.
- Include any error message shown and when the issue started.
- Submit the feedback so the MSN team can investigate the moderation status on their side.
If the issue is tied to Microsoft account sign-in or verification problems, those must be handled through the normal Microsoft account recovery or verification process, but comment unblocking itself still depends on MSN’s moderation and feedback process.
