how to open active directory on windows 11 home

hello, i wanted to shut down my kids ipad i cant close it beacause i need active directory can you please help me

    Active Directory is an enterprise identity service and cannot be used to shut down or control an iPad, nor is it supported on Windows 11 Home. To manage your childs iPad usage or shut it down, you should use Apples built-in Screen Time feature directly on the iPad under Settings, Screen Time, or manage it remotely from your own Apple device using Family Sharing.
