My Windows 10 PC is eligible for Consumer ESU, but the "Enroll now" link is missing from Windows Update.

Windows 10 Home 22H2

Build 19045.6466

KB5071959 installed

KB5126256 installed

Microsoft account connected

Current user is an administrator

Device is not Domain / Entra / MDM managed

ESUEligibility = 2

ESUEligibilityResult = 1

win10ConsumerESUStatus = 2

ClipEsuConsumer Last Result = 0

Windows Update is working normally and there are no ESU error events.

The internal eligibility check succeeds, but the "Enroll now" UI is not displayed.

Please check the Consumer ESU enrollment UI/device registration state.

    Hi,

    Try forcing the registration: open the Command Prompt (as administrator) and run these commands:

    'sc.exe config DiagTrack start= auto'

    'sc.exe start DiagTrack'

    Run this command: ' reg.exe add "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Policies\Microsoft\FeatureManagement\Overrides" /v 4011992206 /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f '

    Restart your PC and open the Command Prompt again to run: "cmd /c ClipESUConsumer.exe -evaluateEligibility"

    Let me know if it worked or not.

    Thanks
