Accessing and using Microsoft Teams on smartphones and tablets across platforms
Hi Peter,
At present, there does not appear to be a dedicated setting that allows users to disable only the dial-pad tones. The available Teams calling settings include options such as call handling, forwarding, caller ID, and incoming-call behavior, but Microsoft's documentation does not mention a separate toggle for dial-pad sounds.

As a result, using your iPhone's Silent Mode is currently the most practical way to suppress these tones. Apple also indicates that dial-pad sounds can be muted by placing the iPhone in Silent Mode.
