Wordament Not Advancing

MicroSoft Ultimate Word Games - specifically Wordament - will not advance to the next game. I have signed out/in and restarted the app - did not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app - did not work. I have looked for updates - did not work. I am using Windows 11 Pro.

This is not the first time this has happened - I AM AT MY WITS END!!!

What else can I do - I play his game every day

    Hello Teresa A Swayze, I’m sorry this keeps interrupting a game you play every day. Since you’ve already signed out, reinstalled, and checked for updates, I wouldn’t repeat those steps.

    When you finish a puzzle, does Wordament show that you earned a star but leave the next puzzle locked, or does the Next Game button do nothing? If you can, tell us the world and puzzle number too. That should help narrow down whether the result isn’t being recorded or the game isn’t moving past that screen.
