Transcript Download Accees

My meeting is transcribed but I want to be able to download the transcript what is the best way for the meeting organiser to allow this access. Looking for step by step instructions to send to the meeting organiser so I can download the transcript.

    Hi @Knowledge,

    By default, only the meeting organizer and co-organizers can download the transcript. However, the organizer may grant you download access, depending on the organization’s IT policies. Please ask the meeting organizer to follow these steps:

    After access is granted, you can download the transcript by going to: Teams > Chat > past meeting chat > Recap > Transcript > Download, then choose either.docx or.vtt.

    If the organizer cannot change the download permission, this may be restricted by your organization’s IT policy. In that case, the organizer can download the transcript and share the .docx or .vtt file with you directly.
