Hello,
I need urgent assistance to manually reschedule my AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator exam appointment.
My exam is scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, September 21, at 12:30 PM IST at a physical test center in Sri Lanka.
A sudden, mandatory university/college commitment has come up tomorrow, making it impossible for me to attend the exam center at that time. Because I am now within the 24-hour window before the appointment, the self-service online portal has locked the reschedule buttons.
Since Pearson VUE's live chat and telephone support lines are currently closed for the weekend, I am posting this tonight to establish a formal record before the exam starts.
Could a support moderator please open a private message thread so I can securely provide my Candidate ID and Registration ID to request an exception or manual reschedule?
