Need assistance merging certification profile from a locked account

I Passed a Microsoft certification but am completely locked out of my original Microsoft account because i forgot the password and no longer have the registered phone number. I have new Microsoft account now and need help transferring /Merging my certifications I have my MCID and registration details ready for a Private message .
